When was the last time you were given a chance like this to detox and rejuvenate your bodies. This healing and wholesome recipe will help you keep the nasties away whilst helping to eliminate various aches and pains and inflammation in your body. You can have this magic potion anytime of the day however either first thing in the morning or last thing at night is best to maximise its healing properties.

You start with the basics:

  • 8 tbsp of Oats
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp of my Turmeric Magic potion
  • Handful of hazelnuts
  • Handful of berrie sof your choice
  • Ethically sourced honey to taste/Maple syrup
  • Or Salt and red chillies
  1. Boil the oats with milk until thick
  2. Add the turmeric Magic potion
  3. Mix well Pour into bowl
  4. Add honey or maple syrup
  5. Add other superfoods
  6. If opting for the salted option add chillies for that extra boost of vitamin C (optional)
