Detox Day 1 with Ahlaam Ali

Green juice Day!
Now I am sure you have all done your gratitude this morning.  Lets get on with this fabulous Green juice!!
This juice is full of pure undiluted chlorophyll!!  The benefits of this juice are numerous but here are only some!

  • fast and easy absorption of nutrients.
  • increased energy levels.
  • improved cognitive function.
  • glowing skin.
  • gives your digestive system a little rest.
  • strong hair and nails.
  • additional health benefits of consuming more produce than you’d normally eat raw.
  • helps to alkalize your body <– green juice is best for this!

So today I am using 
Cucumber, Spinach, Green chilli, Kale, Basil, Avocado, Broccolli.
I will blend them all together with 1/2 cup fresh orange juice.  
Then I have added 1 inch of turmeric and ginger or you can use the Ginger and Turmeric shots that you can buy in the supermarkets.
Drink this first thing in the morning and make sure you do not eat anything before or after this for at least one hour.
Feel the benefits throughout the day.
